The goal of Karaban is to cycle in a caravan of bicycles from Andorra to Kenya. A solidarity caravan of 10,000km for a good cause.
The caravan will be formed by a group of people who will travel with everything they need on their bikes with panniers, equipped for this type of travel.
A changing caravan, made up of travelers of different nationalities. The only requirement is to feel identified with the project and to pedal together for the cause.
With this project, we aim to raise funds for Kings and Queens of Kibera through the support of individuals and companies.
It is a non-profit organization that helps children who live on the streets of Kibera. They are provided with a home and the possibility of accessing school, as well as support throughout their school career. Education is offered as a means to achieve a future with greater opportunities.
Kings and Queens of Kibera is located in Kibera, on the outskirts of Nairobi, the capital of Kenya. It is one of the largest suburbs in Africa, where more than a million people live in metal shacks within an area of 2.5km².
People interested in the project can be part of the caravan. Those who wish to join to pedal will have to follow a registration process.
