Those who wish to join the caravan, will have to follow a registration process.

Registration process

Since this is not an ordinary trip, the individuals who are part of the caravan must have some minimal experience in cycling and suitable physical conditions for the trip's characteristics.

REQUIREMENTS

Necessary equipment

All participants must have the essential gear for bike touring. The basic equipment is detailed below:



*After the registration process is completed, a detailed list will be sent

  • Mixed wheel bicycle equipped for bike touring

  • Panniers

  • Bicycle lights

  • Tent

  • Sleeping bag and mat

  • Spare parts (tubes, tires, cables, etc.)

  • Tool kit

  • Technical clothing

  • Appropriate clothing for the weather conditions at the destination

  • Cooking kit (stove + pot)

  • Cutlery set

Registration form

Travelers must fill out the registration form and explain their motivations for joining the project.

Last step

As a final step, a video call will be held to get to know each other, discuss logistics, and confirm the meeting point.

CYCLING FOR A GOOD CAUSE!

The registration has an economic cost of 90€, intended to cover the production costs of the KARABAN equipment that will be provided to those who join to pedal. Each person will be responsible for their personal expenses during the caravan trip.
